Four areas of development:
Attitude.
  We assist you to establish an overwhelming belief in your personal power and hone your survival instinct.
Fitness.
We will increase your physical ability to go longer, faster and harder against a resisting opponent or force.  This is done at your pace and in accord with achievable goals.
Skills.
  Through solo forms, partner drills, pad-work and free sparring we help foster the skills needed for the job.  Our system employs kicks, punches, knees, elbows, chops, palms, grapples, throws and sweeps. In conjunction with the above we will instil in you an extensive defence method which neutralises the opponents limbs and centre of balance.
Tactics.
  This attribute is driven by our brain action.  Our Coaching Team supports you through physical and mental scenario training.  Utilising role play for the street and the ring is a vital teaching aid, it yields  massive benefits.

 Class Breakdown:

Warm up > light circuits and group drills.

Forms > including the footwork, new thought, bridge search and pierce strike forms. Wooden man via personal tuition.

Applications > isolated (single mode - attack & counter). 

Spar drills > integrated (with mobility on both sides). 

Padwork, Self Defence and Detection arms > resistance, personal safety & tactile reflex training. 

Free sparring > emphasis on tactics, timing, control, free movement, offence, counter offence & defence. 

Warm down > finish.

Autodefence is our brand of the most popular Kung Fu: Wing Chun.
Autodefence best suits beginners but is also attractive to those who have tried boxing, karate, kung fu, kick boxing, ju jitsu or tai chi.
Our classes are designed to provide you with a simple method and solid techniques to apply in threatening situations.
Employing physical principles and logic we will 'programme you' over time to react without thought to protect yourself and continue to protect yourself.
This starts with body education, then attitudinal, then psycho-motor, then tactile training.
There are obvious health benefits of training in Kung Fu, and eventually more profound effects (but we'd rather you find those out for yourself).
We run taster sessions, women's courses, introductory courses, fitness training and children's classes
